To notify you once Stories is available.

Storage period:

We store your data until the notification has been sent or until you withdraw your consent, whichever occurs first. Your data will be deleted promptly thereafter.

Voluntary provision:

Providing your data is voluntary. Without it, we cannot notify you when Stories becomes available.

You can reach us via the contact form on our website.

Data processed:

Name, email address, message content

Purpose:

To respond to your inquiry.

Legal basis:

Our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Storage period:

We store your inquiry until it has been fully resolved, then delete it within 6 months unless retention is required for legal reasons.

Recipients and international data transfers

Your data is processed by the following service providers, each of which is based in the United States and certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF):

• Vercel Inc. (San Francisco, USA) - website hosting and serverless functions. Privacy policy
• Neon Inc. (San Francisco, USA) - database hosting. Privacy policy

These providers process your data on our behalf and only to the extent necessary to operate the website and waitlist. The EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework provides an adequate level of data protection as recognized by the European Commission (adequacy decision of July 10, 2023).

Withdrawal of consent

You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by contacting us at humans@stories.dev. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at humans@stories.dev.
